1. What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and an optional phone number.
• Billing data: subscription status, credit balance, and purchase history. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
• Your content: product links, briefs, uploads, and the media the Service generates for you, stored in our cloud storage.
• Usage data: generation jobs, credit spend, session cookies for login, and server logs for security and debugging.

2. How we use it

To operate the studio: run your generations, bill your subscription and credits, keep your media library, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not show third-party advertising.

3. AI processing

Your briefs, uploads, and generation prompts are sent to external AI model providers to produce your creative — that is how the Service works. We do not use your content to train models of our own.

4. Who we share with

• Stripe — payment processing and invoices.
• Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and media storage.
• AI model providers — receive the content needed to generate your creative.
• Email delivery providers — send transactional email such as password resets.
• Authorities, if the law genuinely requires it.

No one else. We never sell or rent personal data.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Retention

Account data, media, and billing records are kept while your account exists. Billing records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it. When your account is deleted, your content is removed from active systems within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email support@funnelful.app from your account address and we will act on it within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional statutory rights, and we honor them.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed, transport is encrypted, media links are signed and expire, and payment data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you without undue delay.

9. Children

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we will announce it in the app or by email before it takes effect. Questions or requests: support@funnelful.app.
